i gave this panel to Melissa for her half birthday in june...
since then i've been highlighting it with embroidery - plain old stem stitch, for the most part...
after hours and hours and hours of stitching, the only way that i can see a difference is if i look at the back...

Wow! It looks great! I can relate to the hours spent stitching and not looking like you got much done. I made three six foot square wall hanging out of t-shirt quilts, then embroidered them after I machine quilted them. I worked on one for five months and I still could have added more!
