Am I reading that gas sign correctly because I'm wondering how gas can be 3.55 and 9/10ths? I understand your gas is measured in gallons whereas ours is in litres so that part of it I get, but the 9/10ths befuddles me.
TAXES - and it is rounded up to the nearest penny - hundreds of millions of pennies everydamnday
