what if?

i'm what iffing this morning...

this is a Mothers Day card that i gave to Melissa a gazillion years ago...

(i KNOW that she's not my mother ... not in this Life, anyway)

and i immediately took it back because ... i mean ... LOOK at it!!! 

what is more awesome than a black bird singing to a dandelion puff?!?

what if...

what if it grew? 

and what if it grew from fabric?

i'd much rather use this frosty morning what iffing about this than what iffing about ...... that

that is not something i can do much about - other than point out the obvious and have Faith that we are better than ... that

over a year ago i was ooohing and aaahing my way through cross stitch blogs

well ... i love me some moons 

so i signed up and started a notebook to collect the charts 

it was an ugly black three ring binder that was loaded with just enough page protectors

did i mention that it was ugly?

knowing that i was gonna be looking at it for at least a year 

now going on TWO 

i raided the Great Pile of Stuff

 and made a cover

that's better...
